I charge a 85% cancellation fee for any no call no shows or canceling within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. When you receive a “confirmation appointment” text or email and your not able to make the appointment please go in to the site and cancel the appointment. Not confirming the appointment will not mean an automatic cancellation and you will be charged the no call no show fee. Services charged by the hour will be charged 85% of the total cost of the minimum time given (3 hours)
